Shipping

  1. All orders will be shipped USPS 2-day priority mail.
  2. Olivida Soap products will be shipped from our warehouse in Laguna Niguel, California. Prior to shipping products, we will examine the items ordered making sure they meet the quality standards of both the product and packaging.
  3. Olivida Soap Company (OSC) will make every effort to process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of order receipt, unless otherwise notified.  If the items are not in-stock, we will provide you with an approximate ship date. A confirmation email will be issued to the applicable party upon your shipment being sent.

 

Returned Products

Within 14 days of purchasing our products, should you become unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason, please return them to us for a full refund. For returned products, shipping costs will be not be refunded. All returned items are returned at the buyer’s expense.

To be eligible for a return, since our products are considered health and personal care items, all returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card payment, within ten (10) business days of notice of approval.
